Good picture, but unreliable "AI" features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: Enjoyable picture The core performance of this TV is solid. The image quality is excellent, delivering sharp visuals and vibrant colors. Motion handling is also up to par; most of the time, the smoothness level is excellent for movies and TV shows. The Sound: neat features The built-in sound system is decent and includes an acoustic calibration feature. While it’s a great concept, in practice, the calibration doesn't make a massive difference to the overall audio profile. It’s perfectly fine for daily casual viewing, but upgrading sound using soundbar (or even - a Bluetooth speaker) is still worth it. The quirks: aggressive AI & Interface Confusion Where the TV stumbles a bit is in its "smart" processing and software: the AI image and sound enhancement mode can be incredibly unpredictable. At times, the AI creates rather bizarre visual effects—such as over-brightening faces to the point where people look almost like mime artists. It's best to leave it switched off. The user interface can be genuinely confusing. Settings and features appear and disappear depending on the content you are playing. For example, you will see different menu options inside the same streaming app depending on whether you are watching standard content or HDR. Even more, the settings menus frequently show multiple features as grayed out and unavailable, with absolutely no explanation as to why they are locked or which setting you need to change to unlock them. Hisense, please make all features visible, but the ones that are not available - with notes explaining the reason for feature not being available (content type, other settings, etc.) The remote control is functionally well-designed, featuring dedicated buttons for the most frequently used apps and features. However, the physical build feels a bit too "mushy" to the touch, lacking a crisp, satisfying click when pressing buttons. Final Verdict If you are willing to spend a little time tweaking the settings, like turning off the erratic AI mode, and learning the quirks of the dynamic menus, the Hisense 55E78STUK PRO can be TV for your house. It is a good display wrapped in a slightly confusing smart platform.

It is a television crafted primarily with gamers and sports enthusiasts in mind. If your primary goal is finding a screen for console or PC gaming, this is one of the best value choices on the market. The Hisense 55E78STUK PRO is a brilliant hybrid display. By day, its QLED brightness and vivid colors make it perfect for sports and casual viewing. By night, it transitions effortlessly into a high-spec gaming monitor. However, if you are a hardcore cinephile who only watches movies at night in a completely dark room and demands pitch-black, infinite contrast, you might want to save up for a Mini-LED. For everyone else, this TV is an absolute bargain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new TV from Hisense. That is the best TV i had so far. Design is simple and modern, TV is very slim. Hi-QLED gives great screen quality. Auto brightness adjustment is a great option as well, it saves my time and I don't have to change my settings. TV responds really quickly and the screen doesn't tear thanks to Native 144Hz game mode. It has a great screen and sound and gives great cinema experience thanks to Dolby Atmos feature. Freely TV and loads of apps available makes it really helpful and easy to use. I would recommend Hisense TV to my family and friends.
