Great for tired & sore muscles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck and shoulder vibration massager is great for sore muscles. It made very well with good materials so feels soft and comfortable to use. I love the fact you can have it vibrating o have heat applied to help with easing pan and healing muscles. The controls are easy to use and fab for moving around with it. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent homedics comfort neck & shoulder vibration massager + heat free for my honest opinion and I love it I put it over my jumper first then a t- shirt it’s really comfortable I have only put it on bare skin without the heat part on and it’s now going to be what I go to at the end of a work day has different levels the material feels nice and soft and can plug it in anywhere and take it out with you so easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck & shoulder Massager is a really soft material and comfortable to wear around the shoulders. It has a soothing heat function and also vibration which you can adjust. I get stiff shoulder and pain in my upper back so this is a good inbewteen of having a physical massage. It fits nicely around the neck and shoulder area. The controls are integrated which is a great design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now this product is good in theory… don’t get me wrong it works but I don’t think it’s the best massager I’ve used. I find you have to lean on something to get the full effect and I think it’s better to lean on something hard like a wall? As otherwise i don’t feel like you feel the full effect? The heat option is ok… I don’t really think it works very well personally… it’s easy to use but I also find the wire quite annoying as you have to be sitting right by a plug… would have been better if it was rechargeable!

Purchased item and very satisfied with it. Comfortable whilst using it. Great with having variable heat settings. Vibration mode not loud so doesn't interfere with other people in the room. Would recommend it if you have pains in shoulder and neck.

Gentle massage with heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had stiff neck and shoulders and used this lovely massager. It sits comfortably around shoulders and neck and is weighted so you can feel it working. Different massage settings but best was the heat. Not too hot but enough to get to the muscles. Cuts off after 15 mins so if you do fall asleep it won’t matter. Lovely soft velvety fabric which feels nice against your skin. I would wear a thin material to get best benefits.

Love the heat setting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I love the heat setting on this. It's not heavy at all but is comfortable and relaxing. The vibration is pretty intense and quite loud, but I like the lowest/quietest setting. Nothing beats a real massage from a person but it's comfortable to wear, easy to use, and it gets toasty warm!

The amount of electricity this product uses is measured in Watts (not Volts). The adaptor is rated at 240V 0.5A and therefore is rated at 120W. In 1 hour it will use 120Wh so in 15minutes it will use 30Wh.

It is a vibration only massager. HoMedics make a "Shiatsu Back and Shoulder Massager" or "Shiatsu Massage Pillow" which is more like what you might want.
Pulsating and heating, like a blanket over your shoulders doesn't have anything that rotates. Hope this helps
