Gentle massage with heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had stiff neck and shoulders and used this lovely massager. It sits comfortably around shoulders and neck and is weighted so you can feel it working. Different massage settings but best was the heat. Not too hot but enough to get to the muscles. Cuts off after 15 mins so if you do fall asleep it won’t matter. Lovely soft velvety fabric which feels nice against your skin. I would wear a thin material to get best benefits.

Love the heat setting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I love the heat setting on this. It's not heavy at all but is comfortable and relaxing. The vibration is pretty intense and quite loud, but I like the lowest/quietest setting. Nothing beats a real massage from a person but it's comfortable to wear, easy to use, and it gets toasty warm!

Gentle massage for ahoulder and neck pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for anyone who gets regular neck and shoulder aches. It sits comfortably over your shoulders, the material is super soft so feels nice against the skin. It feels similar to a weighted blanket you can feel little pebble like bits inside the material it makes it feel more comfortable in my opinion. Once you place it on your shoulders its super simple to work, just plug it in and press the power button, there's a button for the heat function and a button for the massage function, the massage function has a few different massage rhythms from gentle to more intense. The heat and massage combination worked wonders on my neck and shoulder pains. Another great feature is it cuts off after 15 minutes so handy if you get too relaxed and fall asleep. It isn't too bulky so its easily stored in the wardrobe not taking up too much space.

Lightweight but effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is very lightweight and sits nicely on the back and shoulders, easy to attach and plug in, on and off button is marked clearly and I like the fact there are 2 modes straight vibration or pulse mode, I can feel it working on my shoulder blades and I could feel the tension leaving that area. Would definitely be easy to pick up and transport around in the box it came with.

Instant soothing relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really relaxing neck and shoulder massager that helps to ease tension and soothe tired muscles. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are six different settings that can be used and you can just choose the heat setting if you don’t want the vibrations. The padding is thick, soft and velvety and it feels really gentle against our skin. I love that you can customise the massage for a pulsing effect or continuous massage. The heat feels really soothing and effective. The massager heats up immediately and it’s well-made and comfortable to use. A great product and I would be happy to recommend it.

The amount of electricity this product uses is measured in Watts (not Volts). The adaptor is rated at 240V 0.5A and therefore is rated at 120W. In 1 hour it will use 120Wh so in 15minutes it will use 30Wh.

It is a vibration only massager. HoMedics make a "Shiatsu Back and Shoulder Massager" or "Shiatsu Massage Pillow" which is more like what you might want.
Pulsating and heating, like a blanket over your shoulders doesn't have anything that rotates. Hope this helps
