It’s really hard to say, because it’s absolutely tiny. We can’t find ours either, but it’s definitely smaller than a regular one.

Sorry for the delay. I think it could be, although ours has a ring and not a bar. The only issue I can think of is that in the horizontal position, you can’t see the little grub screw that holds the plate to the base because it’s at the bottom. If you turn the plate, it will be visible, but it’s tiny.
