Sturdy and strong, the 3 tier Indoor clothes airer from Argos Home withstands 2 wash loads at a time. The unit has 14 metres of drying space with a 15kg capacity. Designed with non-slip feet, the unit can be placed on laminates and other slippery surfaces, and you can fold it away when not in use.
Utility design creates more hanging space and each wire can withstand approximately 2kg weight.

I bought this as it was the cheapest one around and actually seems a lot sturdier so far than recent ones I have bought elsewhere. Can easily fit 1-2 loads of washing on and the bars are spaced evenly so things dry quickly.

This item is sold under Argos's own brand and made not very well by an unnamed manufacturer in China. It is a very lightweight airer. My one was badly made with metal shards stuck underneath the metalic sprayed on covering, the end of one very thin and bendable drying rail came unstuck as it wouldn't even take the weight of a pair of underpants on it, and the locking mechanism either side to pull it upright or take it down is badly designed and difficult to keep the airer upright or take it down to fold away. I would not recommend this item to anyone and know others have had similar complaints about it.
Mine is being returned when I can get someone with a car to take it back.

Product is badly designed, of inferior materials and badly constructed.
The locking mechanism fault is widespread -you have to used both hands on both sides
to lock in place and stablise.. The inner thin metal drying racks are stuck with glue under thin spray covering, bend and spring off at ends with use. Ours had small sharp metal bits
stuck under the spray paint on one section. Would not recommend product to anyone.
