About this product
Work those muscles! This Pro Fitness folding bench helps you reach your top bod goals. It has a 2 position back pad adjustment so you can isolate and develop all areas of your pecs. While the adjustable height bar keeps you in an ideal position through the bench press workout. And it includes a 50kg weight set. When done, just fold away for easy storage.
- The 50kg weights set allows progression as you get stronger, and you can use the bench as it comes or take the barbell and dumbbells off and use them for standing freeweight exercises.
- The set includes a 168cm standard bar and 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg and 4 x2.5kg weight plates so you can progress at your own pace.
- Maximum user weight 100kg (15st 10lb).

Just what my grandson needed
I bought this for my grandson and it is in the garage.It is nice and compact and he uses it almost every day.It was delivered on time and was very easy to assemble

Good solid equipment.
I have had the weights and bench for 2 weeks and it is holding up really well. It arrived packed well into the various boxes and was pretty straightforward to assemble. I used it for a week and then went round making sure all the nuts and bolts were still secure. You can pay a lot for “gym” quality equipment, however I’d say that for the price this is a very robust and suitable home training bench.

Only thing stopping me giving 5 starts would be the clips that hold the weights in place, would have preferred a locking nut rather than a clip. Still overall good value!

Great fitness bench with 50kg weight

Sturdy, Compact and Great Value for Money!
I bought this a couple of months ago and was immensely pleased with the bench and weights for the price. The weights and bench came packaged separately and efficiently, it was also easy to put together and came with all the tools required. It has withstood daily use since and is showing little signs of wear and tear - my only criticism would be that the padding in the bench could be more sturdy as you can tend to slip to one side whilst benching but with proper form over time this is not an issue.

This set includes a combination of 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg, and 4 x 2.5kg weight solid plates.
