It's not great.
Its ok, it's not great. The main frame and cushion is fine, well built, easy to put together but the weights are terrible. They use 'clamps' that constantly move to the bars and weights are unstable. Continually needs to push down and re-clamped, clearly cheap compared to using threaded bars with wind on. clamps. Overall I wouldn't buy this again and regret the purchase. There are better options out there for similar money

Sturdy, ideal for a home gym setup.
I have had this for 1 month. It’s ideal for a home gym. I’m just over 100kg and it supports my weight very well. Reasonably sturdy and the vinyl weights are solid and well made. Easy to assemble. My only negative would be the barbell bar. It comes in two separate pieces and clicks together, I would prefer a solid bar.

Just what my grandson needed
I bought this for my grandson and it is in the garage.It is nice and compact and he uses it almost every day.It was delivered on time and was very easy to assemble

Good solid equipment.
I have had the weights and bench for 2 weeks and it is holding up really well. It arrived packed well into the various boxes and was pretty straightforward to assemble. I used it for a week and then went round making sure all the nuts and bolts were still secure. You can pay a lot for “gym” quality equipment, however I’d say that for the price this is a very robust and suitable home training bench.

This set includes a combination of 2 x 10kg, 4 x 5kg, and 4 x 2.5kg weight solid plates.
