On the whole really pleased with this product

Only had this for about a week as an upgrade to my original clever chef that i still have. The new one is ace once you figure out how to change the plates. Makes excellent toastiest and waffles - only reservation re waffles following the recipe in the book that came with is that as the top end one rises opens so that the bottom end one doesn’t get properly finished

Excellent features. Great for omelettes & grilling

I bought this item and used it to cook omelettes using the oval plate, next I cooked 2 burgers using the grill plate and later I cooked 2 toasted sandwiches. The food cooked properly. Obviously, it took longer than 5 minutes to cook for the burgers because we like well done meat in the burgers.

Very disappointed

I received mine week ago but disappointed I cooked 2 burgers and didn't turnout nothing like on telly The bottom cooked but the top didn't seem as hot and there was no steam like the telly advertised and I have autistic child who has food issues The lock was loose so didn't know whether it was closed properly The box was damaged and the instruction book was all screwed up Still debating whether to send back because I don't think it would be something I would use regularly

Upgraded from the copper chef,to get grill plates-recommended to friends especially to young.mum who can magically make a lava cake in minuets for her two young boys.I can grill my food quicker using the grill plates or make waffles for a treat.Quick to clean a boon for quick snacks
