Dissapointing
Unfortuately I found this TV disappointing. The picture quality is ok, but the tv remote is not very possitive, and I have to press hard many times for it to register what I want to do. on top of that everything seems to take ages to respond. To simply change channel can take many seconds with a blank screne so I don't know if it's going to do what I've asked. I have now learnt to press as possitively as I can and hope for the best. My 5 year old TV I was replacing was much better, I only changed as I wanted a slightly larger TV for the kitchen.

Excellent value for money
I bought this for my bedroom and it’s perfect. The right size, good sound quality and really easy to set up. I haven’t connected it to Sky/aerial so just using all the usual apps. It’s easy to set up (just have your phone next to you for scanning QR codes) and the shortcuts on the remote are great. For the price, brilliant value for money.

Great quality
I bought this for the bedroom and it’s a perfect size and the screen picture and sound quality are both very good. But it’s not that easy to set up, that could just be new tvs but I gave up and instead installed a Sky Streaming box which I find so much easier to use. A bit tricky to get the remote to work but got there with some googling. It would be a 5 star tv if it wasn’t so complicated to use.

LG: good - but could do better
Generally speaking LG products have a great reputation, that said after buying one of their 24'' TV's was quite disappointed in the lack of detail in the assembly instructions. Moving on: with ref' to TV set-up there were no instructions at all in the box with it - as is common with almost everything these days sadly, LG advised registering 'online' & to download the user manual. So after trawling through their website finally found a generic / non specific manual which covered most of their smaller range of TV's, so wasn't that much help. For those out there that are not that au' fait with the world of IT you would by now be scuppered & have to seek help from others - not a good place to be. LG: you need to step up & give your customers (& potential customers) a more positive buying experience.

Hideous set up process
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a challenge to set up. Do not expect any instructions at all apart from difficult to fathom pictorial “instructions” on how to assemble and fit the flimsy stand. Expect to follow instructions on the tv, be continually pushed to LG apps, accounts and nonsense. The process was so frustrating with continual loops, not linking Bluetooth, having to input the WiFi code using the remote numerous times that eventually I was so upset I gave up.

Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the LG 24 Inch 24LB70006LA Smart Full HD HDR LED AI TV that this model TV would work with either an internal or external aerial. However, the results in terms of channel quantity and quality may differ, as an external aerial is generally stronger and can locate more channels. You will simply need to auto-tune the TV, which will adapt to the signal it receives.
