I was wanting to replace my older knifes and spotted these on offer.For the price I wasn’t sure what to expect but there really good and sharp no blunt cutting and look lovely in the holder which spins round for convenience.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know It won't wear off the blades after sharpening or a lot of use
Here are some maintenance guidelines:
1. Don't put the knife in hot water or keep the knife in water for a lot of time.
2.Always make sure the knife is clean and completely dry before storing it away.
3.Hand wash only is better for lifetime of the knife.
4..Sharpen the knife edge correctly.
5.Don't use the knife for cutting frozen items
