The Reflex Active Series 45 calling smartwatch brings built-in GPS tracking, pre-loaded UK and Ireland maps, and downloadable global maps so you can record every route and training session with satellite precision. It is equipped with altimeter, barometer and compass functionality for elevation tracking, atmospheric pressure readings and navigation support. The AMOLED always-on display means you can check the time without raising your wrist, while the touchscreen interface keeps everything easy to access.
Make and receive calls from your wrist, and enjoy music storage for playlists without your phone nearby. Heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking help you stay on top of health goals, while smartphone notifications, weather updates, and fall detection add convenience. The silicone strap is removable and replaceable, and you can personalise your watch face from the Reflex Active dial library or upload photos via the app. Water and dust resistant, it is built for active use wherever your day takes you.

This is a very good value watch, good battery, crystal clear display. I have only 1 issue, I have big wrists and can only fasten the strap at the last 3 holes, I may have to buy a longer strap.

Good morning Jimmy, we can confirm the Reflex Active Amoled GPS Calling Smart Watch Pre-loaded Maps when starting a run it can track exercise time, calories, steps, average pace, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, elevation changes, step length, cadence (steps per minute).
