About this product
The Habitat Bunk Bed gives you sleeping space for two without using up extra floor area, ideal for siblings sharing or mates staying over. It's a chunky white design that stands up well to daily use. Wide steps on the ladder make climbing up and down easier and safer for little feet. There's a high guard rail around the top bunk for peace of mind at bedtime. Each bunk has its own little shelf, that's handy for bedtime books, a glass of water, or favourite toys. It comes with two Habitat Kids Rae Comfort Open Coil Single Mattresses, so all you need to add is bedding.
The medium-feel mattresses have 323 open coil springs that support growing bodies through the night. A knit cover with flat top finish feels comfortable and wears well. You'll need to flip them regularly to keep them in good shape. The frame must be attached to a wall or building structure, that's really important for stability and safety. It's suitable for ages six and over, with a maximum user weight of 100kg per bunk. Self-assembly's needed, two people are recommended. The ladder's in a fixed position. Covered by a one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Bought the habitat ultimate bunk beds with Mattress . I chose grey coloured ones and im extremely happy with them . My grandkids came to stay at our house and they loved the beds too . They were beginning to battle over who was sleeping on top bunk as they both wanted to but it got sorted eventually bit bribery used . Great beds and price very happy

My sons are so happy with their new bed, was a bit difficult to build and I honestly had a few screws left over. The shelves are amazing, easy to store toys. My only bad point the ladder needs handles or some type of grip. Even if the actual stairs weren't so narrow it would've been perfect.

Lovely bed but a nightmare
These beds look lovely once they are up but firstly they were delivered and the parts were snapped in half so had to wait for new parts. The screws and fittings kept snapping so good job we had spare screws. The lats then wouldn’t go on easily. Took a long time to put these beds up by people who are experienced in flat back furniture.

My kids love it, it looks good and the mattresses are very comfortable. The flat pack and pieces are heavy to build, definitely a 2man job but I got a handyman to do it. Sturdy product, my kids will grow into it, happy days

You can paint almost anything grey. This would be a good candidate for a thing to be painted grey. Much better than a cloud, iceberg, or a hairy surface. But do you really want to? When painting this grey you should probably sand it first to promote adhesion. Even then it may come off in places. I would recommend green, maybe an ombre? Grey has had its day.
