I bought this for my daughter, and I have to say that we are very disappointed, firstly, the fountain doesn't run all the time, it seems to be spontaneous and only works for a short while, the solar power part doesn't always stay on the spike. It was a total waste of money in my opinion.

cute water feature
i got that garden water feature in the beginning of summer. it still works which is great. when we assembled it there was a small problem when it run it splashed out of the pot. it was rectified by adjusting the top with extra support. and it has been a lovely addition to our garden

Hi Pareve,
Our supplier has advised that the life span is at least 36 months under ‘average’ usage. The batteries are not interchangeable, however they can supply replacement panels if/where required.

Hello there,
I have spoken to our supplier who has advised as follows.
The solar panel does have an On/Off switch on the reverse side, so it can be switched to On in the evenings when there is no sunlight this will use the back-up battery power to run the fountain.
