I bought this TV for my Mum because of her illness. I have never used a smart TV before but I just wanted to make sure my Mum had a great picture to watch and TERRESTRIAL TV. I have tried to tune in this TV many times but it always shows 0 channels found. It's so frustrating because I wanted this to be sorted out for Mum.

Overly complicated. Our Sony tv you plugged it in and it worked. This tv constantly asking you to create a lg account. Overly complicated home menu with adverts. Found it much harder to change to different devices. Trying to give you more but just makes it confusing and unnecessarily complicated.
