I have recently returned from holiday using the case for the first time. The case holds more than I was expecting. It is easy to push along. I am pleased with my purchase. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a medium sized case.

A great value case.
Originally bought the large size but realised it was too big for me. Argos as usual were great and I changed to the medium size. Perfect for one person on a long stay (3/4 weeks) or 2 people on a short stay (3/4 days) The internal zip cover for one half of the case is very useful. Easy to manoeuvre with the four base wheels and 2 stage handle, and comfortably coped with the 15kg flight allowance. It's been abroad 3 times so been 'chucked around' a bit, and no sign of damage whatsoever. Great purchase for me.

I bought this suitcase for my partner and planned to buy another for myself when it came back in stock. When it arrived we were pleasantly surprised that it was big enough for both of us for a 7 days summer holiday. Easy to manouver around airport/train station/ pavements with 4 wheels. Sturdy case, limited damage after travelling, just the expected scratches that can likely be wiped off. Carried valuables and fragile gifts back and no issues. Would recommend.

This case, the C-size trolley case, can hold items up to a total of 15kg in weight. The dimensions and specs are (weight) 2.55kg, (size) 37cm x 21cm x 55cm.
As for its suitability as cabin baggage, this would depend on the individual airline. Please note that its empty weight, without anything in it, would be nearly half of the 5kg you've advised as the maximum for your own requirements.
