I wanted a laptop that wouldn't cost the earth and wouldn't restrict me in the future (in terms of storage space and RAM), but would be easy to set up and use. So far, so good! It's been pretty easy so far (and I'm far from an expert on computers) and no problems, so I'm happy!

Software Support: HP might not provide support for software issues related to the Linux OS. If you contact HP for support, they may ask you to revert to the original OS (Windows 11) before assisting you with troubleshooting.
Hardware Issues: If you encounter hardware problems, your warranty should still be valid. However, if HP determines that the issue is directly caused by the new operating system (which is rare but possible in some cases), they may not cover the repair under warranty.
Reinstallation Requirement: For warranty service, HP might require you to reinstall Windows 11 before servicing your laptop, as part of their diagnostic process.
It would be a good idea to create a recovery USB drive for Windows 11 before switching to Linux, so you can easily revert back if needed.
