Very pleased with the telephones. Very easy to set up and input contacts which are also saved on second handset so saves on work. Screen is clear and sound is good. Would recommend this phone to anyone with VOIP. I first looked at Panasonic, as old analogue phone had lasted forever, but on reading reviews I found they don't work with VOIP

This was a replacement for our old phone when our internet switched over to digital home phone. Really easy to set up. Great volume. So far so good.

These phones are excellent! The handsets are of a good weight and quality, and the AAA batteries are replaceable. The handsets are backlit and there is a red light that illuminates on a call. There are numerous ringtones that can be selected and the volume can be adjusted. The loudest setting is very loud! The front grey panels on the handsets are a continuous rubber sheet with the individual switches underneath, so easy to clean and keep hygienic. The menus are very simple to navigate and the answer machine can be accessed via the handsets which synchronise with each other - you don’t need to change the settings for each handset separately. They have a button for hearing aids and they stay illuminated for about 10-15 seconds so enough time to make a call. They are ideal for elderly people, but the design fits well into my home, and the additional handset sits neatly on my bedside table, without taking up much space. I really cannot fault them. Well designed, well made with thoughtful features throughout. Easily 5 stars!

The Motorola CD5012 Cordless Telephone with Answer Machine - Twin does not have built-in Bluetooth, so it cannot connect wirelessly or stream audio directly to a Bluetooth-enabled hearing aid.
