Bought this pan stand a few weeks it's great plenty space on it .it's a bit of a palava to instruct but very happy with it .it's very sturdy.

Very poorly made
Metal rods were twisted and couldn't be put together. Box was intact with no damage. Very cheaply made. 3 out 4 items purchased from Argos has been sent back due to poor quality or damage.

Saucepan stand
I bought this saucepan stand after failing to find it in another large shop in the Westwood Cross area. I was disappointed. There were no instructions as to how to put the stand together and I didn't manage to do it. The stand is currently unassembled in my kitchen. I live on my own and will have to wait until somebody handy happens to be visiting, which will probably not be for weeks or even months. Also, I have bought a large stockpot which I do not want to leave on the hotplate surface when I am not using it. I have not tried it yet, but I do not think that the bottom (largest)layer of the stand will be large enough for this stockpot.

Pan stand
It wobbles a bit when putting the pans on it. I don't understand the curved bit to use as a stabliser and the screws for the curved top bit didn't screw in properly.

Nearly all metal just some plastic on the bottom of the feet to stop it sliding. Mine stood near my cooker.. Really wants putting together and screwed very tight.

As long as the total weight of the pans do not exceed 10KG ( 2Kg per shelf) it is suitable for all pans.

i would say that the bottom two shelves would take up to 10" dia. pans, the middle two tiers up to 9" dia. and the top tier up to 8" dia.
