This 4-slice toaster offers great value, even browning, wide slots, and useful features like independent controls and a lift mechanism. Some find the dial hard to read and occasional uneven toasting.

Great toast but Short on Cable.
This toaster is great at making toast. Once set, it browns consistently to the same degree, obviating any need to fiddle with the controls. My only complaint is that the power cable is rather short, reaching only 50cm from the back of the toaster. The toaster must be set forward to the front of my 600mm kitchen worktop, in order to clear my wall cabinets which means it can only be used where there is a socket immediately adjacent. Our previous toaster had a cable 70 cm long which allowed a great deal more flexibility in location.

Replacement Toaster
I bought the toaster as a replacement for the same model of toaster which I'd had for 5 years. Simple to use and looks good in my kitchen, it matches the kettle I have. Easy to order and pick up from Sainsburys.

What a bargain!
Our existing toaster was rated at just 1500w and took ages to toast bread, so much so that the slices had dried out by the time it had browned. This one, at 2300w, toasts the outside of the bread very quickly, leaving the inside of the slice light and fluffy, just as I like it. It’s feature-packed and an absolute bargain at the price.

Toaster
Great toaster for the money, a little bit chunkier than my last one, but not a problem, has a cancel button,defrost...which not sure how it works with putting potential wet bread in an electrical item...??....a function we never use...its a bit plastic feeling...which obviously will,as that's what it's made from, for the money it's a great item...large, long bread fits in no problem. Good cheap toaster for the money...we paid £26...as it was on offer...makes you wonder what a £150. toaster does for the money!!!!

Excellent toaster at a tiny price
We needed a 4 slice toaster to cope with 3 visitors. This one was incredibly cheap from Argos and works perfectly. Impressed with the even brownness - only had it a week, but so far excellent.

Superb little Toaster
My last Toaster was one of the 'BIG NAME brands ... and it was rubbish. Got this lower end of the market Toaster and it's absolutely SUPERB. Everything about it is far, far superior to previous appliance. It browns evenly. It's quick to warm up. And toast pops out beautifully. Just goes to show you definitely can't go by price ... or brand.
