My first Lenovo
Bought to replace an Asus that died after less than two years with little use. So far I'm really pleased with the Lenovo. It feels more solid, well built, lovely screen and overall appearance is really nice. Performance is more than adequate for my use, (browsing Internet, light office use, backing up photos etc). Start up time is nice and short. So far, really happy with. Hopefully it will last much longer than my Asus.

A super laptop
This laptop has a good build quality, it is fast and has an excellent screen, together with a nice key board that feels very positive. The connectivity is excellent and pairs with the Lenovo Bluetooth mouse faultlessly. We have only had it a couple of weeks but its performance is superb.

Good average windows laptop with intel processor
I have used this laptop now for the past 1.5 months and I am happy with my purchase. On first impression it is slightly on the heavier side than some of the ultra portable laptops out on the market. First thing to bear in mind is that this is a budget laptop, I paid £499 for it and I think its worth that price. I use the laptop for MS office, emails, browsing and watching an odd show or video. I think the processor is decent. Its fast enough for me. Windows 11 works brilliantly. No glitches so far. The sound quality is just adequate, doesn't get too loud though but its enough for 1 person. The battery life is decent. I get roughly 7-8 hours of use on medium or battery efficient settings with screen brightness at around 50%. The typing experience is good too, except for the arrow keys which are too small. The best thing about the laptop has to be its screen. Its at par with some more expensive laptops on the market. The screen refresh rate is only 60Hz, but I cant tell the difference and haven't had any sore eyes from it. I was comparing this laptop vs an Asus OLED laptop with a slightly better processor and battery. But the Asus model was £300 more than this one so for the price that I paid and the performance that I am getting, I am quite pleased with my purchase. I noticed that the price went down even further since I had purchased it. Its now selling at £449 which is a steal in my opinion. Only time will tell whether any issues start to crop up and how lenovo deal with it. So far so good.

Good Laptop that could be better
This is a well-built machine. The spec is fine. I'm not sure what to expect from the intel core ultra but it does everyday tasks well. The aluminium build is better than plastic, but it does have some flex. The screen is fantastic. There is some bloatware software but this can be deleted. The only real issue is that before purchasing the reviews that I found had the ultra 7 configuration and that has a backlit keyboard and I expected this to have it too. Howver, the ultra 5 does not come with backlit. It is on the smallprint of the spec but not obvious to me and I truly would have not got it because of this. Evrything else is great, but not backlit keyboard is a real missed opportunity for Lenovo.
