Pop some boiling water into the pan base, crack your eggs into the 4 cups, plonk the tempered glass lid on top and watch the magic happen. Once your brunch fave is done, with a little easing, they should slide out effortlessly with thanks to the easy clean, non-stick coating. It's suitable for most hob types and is dishwasher safe too.

I like it for cleanability but if egg grts on aluminium surround it is hard to get off. I am still experimenting to get 'perfect' poached egg. Either been under or over cooked. Hopefully with more practice I'll get it right but if not, will use pan and lid for other food.

Does the perfect eggs and I can burn water. Just rub a slight amount of spread on plastic cups to allow eggs to releaseeasily.
