It tells you not to use on a high heat!!!
You can't get it hot. It tells you on the packaging to gently introduce heat to it and not to use on a high heat. It's a saucepan for goodness sake, it's supposed to get hot when you are cooking.

My new Habitat saucepan is everything I hope for. Good weight, sturdy design and the usual warranty. I often buy sight unseen online but the beauty of using Argos is to be able to see and return the item easily if it's not what you wanted. I'm quite sure my new saucepan wont be returned. I'm so pleased with it.
