This sleek, pyramid-shaped, black Cookworks kettle is the ideal beverage buddy. Its rapid boil function means no foot tapping whilst you wait for your cuppa and the power indicator will illuminate in the switch when pressing the switch downward and the boil dry protection kicks in if you happen to flip the switch on when empty. It filters and boils simultaneously and its removable and washable limescale filter is great for easy cleaning.

Slow to start to boil. I had this kettle before, only last a year, should 't have got another but needed a kettle quickly as the last one broke. This starts to boil very slowly

Poor customer service.
The black paint coating starting to go off with in a couple of weeks. Took the product to Argos to get it exchanged or refunded , the staffs there turned it down saying " we cannot refund as the product still working ok". Poor customer service , never buy from Argos again.

Does the job
I wanted a cream coloured kettle and not the jug type so went for this one. All good so far if a bit noisy. The Morphy Richard’s was cheaper at the time because of price reduction but not in cream coloured so this is what I chose. Collection at Argos was efficient and quick.

The only plastic inside this product is on the Limescale filter which can be removed.

The manufacturer may recommend using a garden hose pipe to fill this kettle. A watering can fitted with a sprinkler nozzle is not suitable as it will likely make a mess when filling the kettle.

The Cookworks Pyramid Kettle - Stainless Steel has a pull off lid which can then be filled either directly from the tap or by transferring water from another bottle/container.

The kettle body is made of stainless steel except the spout filter and water gauge that both are BPA free.
