I have never used one of these before. I'm 59 and have been using a yoga mat to do stretches daily. I was surprised at how sturdy this was. It's difficult to find a good instruction video on utube but nonetheless I have started with the limited information I have. My legs are looking firmer in short time. Great product.

Great Body Toner.
This is the third body shaper I have purchased and the quality is great. I use this to exercise stomach, legs, and lower back. Arms, neck and jawline. A good all rounder which stores easily and can be packed when travelling if needed. Light and portable. If you want something for home use rather than the gym it really wotks as part of an exercise regime.
