Great Body Toner.
This is the third body shaper I have purchased and the quality is great. I use this to exercise stomach, legs, and lower back. Arms, neck and jawline. A good all rounder which stores easily and can be packed when travelling if needed. Light and portable. If you want something for home use rather than the gym it really wotks as part of an exercise regime.
