Perfect sit/stand desk converter, highly recommend
I had an electric sit/stand desk at work.... essential for me as I have a bad back and need to sit for a bit then stand for a bit. I looked for one at home, but my desk space is tiny I have a corner desk 90cm edge to the corner of the room. I couldn't find a sit/stand desk to fit, but this does the job perfectly instead. It fits my monitor, my large keyboard, my mouse and my speakers. And still has room for papers. It easy to lift up and down and has a few positions so adjustable to your height. My limiting step was the length of my speaker leads... something that is easily fixable. I've used this desk converter for 2-3 weeks now and I love it. Wish I'd bought one years ago!

New way of working at a desk
Months of working at home in lockdown with a fairly decent office chair I’d thought I’d change my working routine to help my posture and change working habits. So I bought the Proper AV Sit-Stand Up Workstation. Very good buy and seconds to put in place. I stand up to do my actions and sit down when on virtual calls. Good way to help the posture and keep the spine straight. This is a very good quality buy for a sensible price.

Eased my lockdown back problems
I was suffering from back problems having overdone it in the garden, but constant sitting at the computer in non-office chairs was not helping. Having the ability to stand up for a while, then sit down again for a while has made all the difference and back is now pain free. I had an initial problem that I raised the table and could not get it down, but I worked out I was just not pushing hard enough.

Having checked, it is possible to adjust the height with items, such as a monitor, on it. Without knowing which monitors, their size and their weight, I cannot give an accurate answer though and you will need to consider these aspects, along with their stability when doing so.
