ive had a good experience with the Ninja Everclad 28cm frying pan so far . it feels nice and sturdy without being overly heavy and is clearly built to last . performance wise its been excellent . which makes a big difference when cooking things like chicken and steak. ive managed to get a really good sear without the worry of hotspots . works great on my induction hob . its not non stick so you need to use a bit of oil and let it heat properly before cooking , but once you get used to that , it works really well . cleaning hasnt been bad either . most of the time a quick soak and wipe is enough and still look good after regular use . i would recommend this product

Brilliant pan, lovely quality
I was given this product to test and this is my honest review The pan is of great quality and heavy so bear that in mind when buying. Started by searing and this did a great job and took the higher heat well continued on to making the dish and again this preformed well with even heat across the pan Tge only let down was trying to fry an egg which stuck to the pan. Although it cooked it ended up messy when I had to scrap the egg off. Maybe I did something wrong but so far that was the only mishap. Took one star off because of this The pan cleaned up great though with minimal effort All in all happy with the product and would recommend this

Great pan - heats fast and cooks evenly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this a few times now and I really like it, it’s quickly become one of my go-to pans. It heats up really fast on induction and cooks very evenly; I did a fillet steak in it and got a great, consistent sear all the way across, which I don’t always get with other pans. It just feels solid and well made, and you can tell it distributes heat properly. Food does stick a bit, which I expected with stainless steel, but it genuinely wasn’t an issue. It cleaned up far more easily than I thought it would. I did try it in the dishwasher (it says it’s safe), but it didn’t come out looking its best, so I’d recommend washing by hand – when I did that it came up like new with hardly any effort. Overall, I’m really impressed.

Excellent pan for induction hobs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this beginning of the week and I have used it numerous times I've cooked an omelette and then put the pan straight in the oven / grill to melt my cheese on top . It has been easy to clean even when I was Sautéing onions and manged burn them if was easy to clean also I love the fact i can still use my metal utensils because all my other induction pans I use i have to use silicon so having a nice metal pan to use on my induction hob and not having to worry about scratching enamel of the pan it makes it even better

Nice pan, shame it discolours after first use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever used a stainless steel pan, I have always used the non stick pans before. It cooks well, but it does stick even when I added ghee (butter) on, I feel like you'd need to put a lot in for it to not stick. The handle doesn't get hot when cooking, it is quite heavy and it is easy to wash. However, when it is washed, there is some white discolouration left, which shouldn't happen after the first time I have used it. I am quite disappointed with this, as I trust Ninja as a brand since I have a lot of their appliances, but other than that, the pan is fine.
