Where is the pen?

Having bought from Argos what we thought was quite a good quality pen as a leaving present for my wife’s work colleague, when we got home and proceeded to check all was ok with the purchase, alas, there was no pen pen in the box. Hence we had to return to the store to sort the issue out. In fairness the store was most considerate and helped to resolve the issue. The 4 stars are for the help by the store assistant to resolve the problem. Because of the time to replace the leaving present we had to change the item for another pen type in store stock.

Good quality and reasonable price

This is a great pen for writing with. The fine nib and ink colour really help. It doesn’t seem to blot and looks really smart. The only problem I have is I can’t seem to find replacement refills anywhere on line?

It’s black, not blue!

It’s a lovely pen, so not fair to give it a low rating, but it’s NOT the colour shown. I have compared on the Waterman website and this is definitely black not blue.
