Rotary line spike
Doing a good job during the good weather. If the ground becomes soft then the spike does tend to fall to the side, under any load. To make the spike truly stable, it needs to be set in concrete. Also it needs to be packed out inorder for the rotary line to remain straight.

Exactly what I needed
I've been using this for a few months and have no complaints whatsoever. I like that there are several size options so, should I need a new rotary line, I will be able to use the spike even if the line is a different diameter. It's sturdy and has a cap to prevent water and debris entering the hole. Great value for the price.

Excellent for Brabantia Rotary Line.
Exactly what I needed for a new Brabantia Rotary Line. It fitted perfectly into the hole in the cement and I then continued to hammer it down into the earth below the cement until it was flush with the cement surface. The 50mm plastic sleeve fitted the Brabantia pole perfectly. Excellent!!

Great product
I bought this as I have a lot of paving slabs and didn't want to make a hole in them. It is great for my rotary drier and easy to put into the grass. It doesn't matter what size my dryer is as the choice of fittings means it fits most poles.

This is fantastic, the fact it caters to all sizes. It has a cap so when not using the rotary washing line you can put it on and stop rain going in or anything else falling in.

Apologies, no, you can only do this from big to small, not the other way around. You would need to change the ground spike to a 45mm one.

I fixed mine in with concrete as it kept tilting in grass. It's quite chunky on the smaller size lines and you will have to use the all the adjusters.
