An interesting ground spike that will, hopefully, last for many years and accommodate a succession of rotary driers in the years to come. The only objection I have is that there is no resistance to rotation which can make loading the line somewhat more of a challenge!

Great item. Comes with a cap to hammer the spike into the ground. In the instructions it also advises to use a piece of wood so no direct impact on the cap occurs.

It's very good now that it's in the ground but don't follow the instructions on using the cap to knock it in. If you do, you'll have to pull it out again to get the cap off..

No it will not, if it can accommodate a 50mm pole and spec says it is 5.5cm it obviously wont fit into a 40mm hole in concrete
