"We would advise using the smallest screwdriver such as PH000 small screw driver or any other mini screwdriver."

“ We advise storing the scales flat. If they are stored upright, you may need to calibrate them before use”

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: The Salter Stainless Steel Pro Electronic Scales weigh in 1g increments. They can not weigh 1.1g or 2.5g. If you need to weigh with 0.1g precision we recommend Heston Blumenthal Double Platform Digital Scale - 843/9738.

This scale has dual platforms. One 10kg x 1g platform. The second precision platform 200g x 0.1g. Perfect for precise measurements such as yeast for baking.
