Bad battery
I bought this product about a year ago, and I’m very disappointed with the battery performance. When it was new, the battery lasted a reasonable amount of time, but now it only lasts a few minutes before it dies. I expected the battery to last much longer than this with normal use. Because of this issue, the product has become almost unusable. I would not recommend it unless the battery quality is improved.

OK so long as you only use it lightly.
I was pleased when this item arrived. I read the instructions and it cut my beard fine. Then I tried trimming my hair and after the first cut it stopped working. I then had to shave my head!

Good at what it says it does.
battery keeps really well, i have been away on holiday for a week and didn't bring my charger, no issues. It is quite a short shave, nowhere near razor or foil but much better than any other reciprocating motion blade. very safe too, i don't actively recommend it but i have used it without the guard and it was fine.

I brought this not too long ago but it comes with a lot of attachments what’s helpful and it does leave a close shave as it says. Has nipped me a few times though but that’s without an attachment

Ashly, although it says its suitable for whole body, as a user, I would really not recommend it. If you plan to use the trimmer without any attachments on pubic area, you will get cut for sure. This blade is really sharp and cuts really close. You dont want to use it on any sensitive areas without attachments.
