I bought this watch for an Xmas present and is a nice looking watch at that, but the strap is a wee bit short for the average man which makes it difficult to fix it on a wrist using the fixed strap loop. I Would recommend this watch as it’s light powered and keeps excellent time, but if you have a large wrist try it first to see if it is too small before you buy.

The case width for the Citizen Men's Chronograph Brown Leather Strap Watch will be measured from bezel edge to bezel edge (imagine measuring from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock) and will not include the crown.

In the first instance, we would ask that you contact the manufacturer Citizen as they can offer diagnostics and advice and may offer a repair on the item. If its cannot be repaired or they are not able to offer this service, you will be referred back to Argos.
