Good seat for 9 months and above wouldnt recommend for new born, pebble pro is the best option for newborn as it lies flat, Ajusting straps and cleaning covers is harder than it needs to be, but keeping my son safe which is the main thing

Very easy to install. My little one is very comfortable in the seat. I love that it will last and be used for years to come. Easy to turn. Looks easy enough to put the harness away when he reaches the height limit. I got it on a Black Friday offer and liked it so much, my mother in law got one too.

Not good for younger babies
I wouldnt advise this for a younger baby ,my daughter is 7 months and onnthe measurements innthe guide it suggested to leave the newborn insert in she didnt look comfortable in it, i spoke to an advisor who was a bit blunt and told me to take the imsert out even though according to the guide my daughter was 7cm to short to be without the insert. When i took it out she then had her chin on her chest and didnt look right. I almost sent it back but gave it a few weeks till she looked better in it, then i went to spin her in it and she screamed...she is able to stick her legs in the plastic casing at the side of the carsear and as id spun her not realising her leg was in it it nearly broke her leg. I have spoke to maxi cosi advisors and sent the picture to them as i didnt want it to happen to anyone else ans they just said no one else had broight this up but they will review it.

Great seat, feels robust and works well but the seat belt straps are a bit fiddly to click in

Good all round car seat
Lovely car seat, love the colour and not too cumbersome. Good for a range of ages. Only thing is, I wouldn’t say it’s reclined enough for a newborn so wouldn’t feel comfortable putting a young baby in it.

Maxi Cosi Emerald 360 ISOFIX Car Seat - Graphite:
The Car Seat uses a fixed crotch buckle fitting, and the side harness straps thread through it. It’s not a traditional adjustable crotch strap that moves forward or backward independently.

Contacted Maxi cost directly and they advised The Emeralds allow for rear facing until 4 years.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Maxi Cosi Emerald Group 0+1-2-3 360 ISOFIX Car Seat Graphi: Not a silly question at all. It doesn't fit all cars.
