Just Okay
For me, it's just a fan. I didn't notice that it felt much cooler when I added the ice packs in. I bought two and returned one when I realised it wasn't as good as I had hoped. But the fan seems to work well and I don't find it noisier than any other fan I've had. It also feels sturdy as the last tower fan I bought was a bit wobbly.

Poor
I wouldn’t even give this a one star as it is a very poor product for the cost & I will be returning it. My £18 fan is so much better less noise & certainly cooks you down even more so. This £110 product is a complete rip off & even on the highest fan speed filled tank with ice packs & water is still blowing warm air & literally doing nothing.

Game changing fan!
I bought this at the weekend and it has made a huge difference. The option of being able to put ice cold water with ice packs in the back is a game changer. If i was to be picky i would say there could be another lower setting for at night time, but to be honest great value for money. It does a great job!

The it works really well, a little bit noisy but is good! I'm not putting 5 stars because I can tell this product was obviously return, the product was wet and not in the best packaging.

A disappointing purchase.
I bought this Air cooler to combat the heat wave. The fan worked as expected but the air cooler made no difference at all, it also smelt unpleasant after only a few days of use. I returned it to Argos who quinadd a full refund.

Not worth it.
Bought this, understanding it was a air cooler and not air conditioning but to be honest. Unless tou sit directly in front of it younwill not get any benefit at all. It goes through water fairly quickly considering the size of the tank. Absolutely not worth the money.

Good effective cooler
This was a lifesaver for my dogs during the recent hot spell. It blows cold air effectively infront of it. The settings work well. It doesn't manage to cool the whole room but gives great relief if you are near it.

Air is not noticeably 'cooler' than a regular fan
Not terribly impressed with this fan. Adding water made little difference so we cooled 4 litres of water to near frozen, and could not notice any improvement when adding this either. The controls are also a little odd, and require good bright lighting to see them (so not ideal for use in a bedroom). Big and heavy as well, so probably best to use just a good old cheap fan.

This is the aroma compartment. Only ever use essential oils.
Switch the appliance off completely and disconnect it from the power
supply.
Pull out the aroma compartment 4 from the front of the appliance.
Add approx. 2-3 drops max. 3 of essential oils to the aroma pad.
Then put the aroma compartment back into the device.

Hello, we would advise to clean the wet curtain(cooling pad). This can be done by rinsing the pad with clean water. Do not use high-pressure water or scrub the pad. Remove mineral deposits. If scale is visible, soak the pad briefly in a 1:1 vinegar-water solution. Rinse thoroughly before reinstalling. Thank you for using Bush Q & A.

not sure why they keep answering this incorrectly. the flower tab on the front appears to do nothing at all as far as i can tell.
the actual controls for the device are on the top of the unit, not the front.
