Customers Say
This tower fan offers decent airflow and some cooling with ice packs, but many find it noisy and not effective for whole-room cooling. It's better as a fan than a cooler, with mixed opinions on value and size.

Don't buy
Had it for two days and returned it. It didn't cool or humidifi. Save your money just get a fan and a bowl of water it will do the same thing.

You can say a good Fan, But not a cooler
I bought this last summer with big expectations of cooling. But this isn't cooling a small room enough. You can use it as a fan, But not as cooler. Not worth spending money for this if you're looking for cooler. It makes your skin chippy. Otherthan that, Design, fan speed, Timer, Noise, Oscillation and Humidity everything is fine. Better going with Vertex Blade cooler, Better option with less money spending.

Just Okay
For me, it's just a fan. I didn't notice that it felt much cooler when I added the ice packs in. I bought two and returned one when I realised it wasn't as good as I had hoped. But the fan seems to work well and I don't find it noisier than any other fan I've had. It also feels sturdy as the last tower fan I bought was a bit wobbly.

Poor
I wouldn’t even give this a one star as it is a very poor product for the cost & I will be returning it. My £18 fan is so much better less noise & certainly cooks you down even more so. This £110 product is a complete rip off & even on the highest fan speed filled tank with ice packs & water is still blowing warm air & literally doing nothing.

Game changing fan!
I bought this at the weekend and it has made a huge difference. The option of being able to put ice cold water with ice packs in the back is a game changer. If i was to be picky i would say there could be another lower setting for at night time, but to be honest great value for money. It does a great job!

Is really strong!
The it works really well, a little bit noisy but is good! I'm not putting 5 stars because I can tell this product was obviously return, the product was wet and not in the best packaging.

A disappointing purchase.
I bought this Air cooler to combat the heat wave. The fan worked as expected but the air cooler made no difference at all, it also smelt unpleasant after only a few days of use. I returned it to Argos who quinadd a full refund.

Hello, we would advise to clean the wet curtain(cooling pad). This can be done by rinsing the pad with clean water. Do not use high-pressure water or scrub the pad. Remove mineral deposits. If scale is visible, soak the pad briefly in a 1:1 vinegar-water solution. Rinse thoroughly before reinstalling. Thank you for using Bush Q & A.
