The storage case is not available to buy for this
I purchased this as there was going to to be a travel case and other accessories available to order from the website and i mainly wanted the travel case to store it in when not in use so have been waiting for it to be available checking everyday on the website then 2 days ago the travel/storage case is no longer on the website and i wouldn’t have purchsed the chill pill if i knew there was not going to be the travel/storage case to purchase with it to store it in when not in use to stop it being damaged etc

I’ve been using this for the past few weeks now and really impressed! Love the colour and the size. It is easy to hold and I like that I can position this how I like. I love the attachments however have not used the mister yet! I struggle to regulate my body temp and with breathlessness and in times these have flared the ease of use and effectiveness have really helped. It’s very portable too, my 8 year old loves it when he gets too hot running around at the park!

Great little fan
I bought this as the hot weather is approaching and I am impressed with the mist attachment. The fan is powerful and the chill plate gives me an easy when I suffered from migraines. The only problem is that the accessories arr not available. I work in a care home and would be nice to have the clip on attachment for the summer.

Quality product
Overall great product. Bought for my wife who loves it. Good strong little fan with fantastic misting function and cooling plate. Im well and truly in her good books but....... That little carry case that came with it is actually an insult to those of us paying a premium price for a quality product, SHAME ON SHARK. It doesn't even hold the fan let alone the other attachments that came with it. And before saying it is an accessory bag, dont go there a bag should be able to hold everything in the packagr

Kind of a flop because of the noise.
I've had this for about 3 days now and honestly a bit gutted I got it. I wanted a fan as the areas I work are already getting hot when it is nice out but the noise im hearing impaired and without my hearing aids on it feels really loud to me even on level 1. I got the chill pill because everything from shark/ninja i have loved but honestly this kid of feels like a flop. Working in a busy office setting cant have basically a jet engine revving when your trying to answer phones and speaking to people isn't ideal. I've not tried the misting attachment yet but the cooling pad thing is good if you can stand the noise.

The Chillpill is a little miracle!
I’m so happy I bought this fan, it’s an absolute game changer for me, I often get too warm and feel uncomfortable. I have tried a lot of portable fans but this one is the best, it’s a little powerhouse and with the customisable heads and positioning it suits every need and will be even more versatile with some of the other accessories which I will be purchasing as soon as they are in stock. Although it’s pricey for a little fan it’s worth every penny, it has fast become one of the things I won’t leave home without. Shark Ninja is a brand I trust completely, we have a lot of their products and have always been extremely happy with everything we have bought so I didn’t hesitate to buy this as soon as it came out. I bought the dragonfruit colour way and it’s so pretty. I would definitely recommend buying the Chillpill. Thank you for another fantastic product!

Yes, you can use your ChillPill while it’s plugged in, with full access to all standard fan speeds. For safety and performance, the misting and InstaChill features are disabled during charging, and using the supplied USB‑C cable with a 5V/3A adaptor is recommended.
