I ordered this hairdryer because of all the positive reviews, but it wasn't as powerful as I hoped and it underperformed massively. The power was similar to a cheap hotel hairdryer and it took absolutely forever to dry my hair. It's no good for long, thick hair like mine. It wouldn't be so bad if it was cheap, but for the mid-price and the brand, I expected much more. I tried it once and returned it.
