It’s an o2 sim card
It is an o2 SIM card, useful with an old phone that is locked to the o2 network, but I could have probably gotten it for free by ordering a free sim from the o2 website

After checking with the supplier, I can confirm this O2 20GB Pay As You Go SIM Card is compatible with an iPad (9th generation) which takes a Nano SIM.

Having checked to see, it might, subject to the type of tablet it is. If the tablet has a SIM slot then it can be fitted to the device. Also, with this being a voice SIM, it'd need to be the type of tablet that allows you to make calls (Sometimes referred to as cellular) for it fully function.

Firstly, you need to be an active O2 or Virgin Media customer to take advantage of this bundle and offer. Existing customers with an eligible Big Bundle must text Double to 2424 from their O2 Pay As You Go phone to activate the offer by 28th June 2023.
If this does not help you will need to return to store and they can discuss this problem with you.

From the information we have available I would take back the Pay as you Go SIM pack to the store as long as it has not been opened. If you have paid £15 for 30GB that's what you should receive, the offer does not expire until the 22nd June 2022.
