Requires in-depth reading of manual
I tried to start using this 3 weeks ago but have since stopped.. I was disappointed that you couldn’t refill directly from the tap so you require a separate vessel to be handy in the vicinity. It has a mind of its own regarding the amount it dispenses so it’ll continue running after needed. I assume these are just initial problems but I have not had time to read all the instructions. I had my family staying with me with their young children and they also didn’t have the time to check it out adequately……

Really heavy
It makes a lovely cup of tea but unfortunately I have had to give it to my daughter . Have arthritis in my hands and find it way to heavy

Hardy and reliable
The Brita Cube is a very reliable product, hardy and reliable. I had tried other models from other brands, all of which broke down completely or developed the same fault after time. ALTHOUGH a little pricey, it's very much worth the money considering it's ease of use and craftsmanship. Top marks. BRITA!

Brilliant product and simple to use
We’ve had our Cube for about a month or so now. It was very easy to set up (less than 5 minutes) and now we have instant, on demand, filtered hot water. 95 degrees water is dispensed almost instantly, no more waiting several minutes for the kettle to boil. Living in a very hard water area we had to descale the kettle every couple of months. With my Cube I know I’m drinking filtered water for a better, healthier choice.

Great product but drinking more tea
I bought this just over a month ago at a discounted price. It’s been a really great addition to the kitchen. The size makes it a little unwieldy for Small kitchens. Using the limescale filters makes much better beverages . If you live in a hard water area, I would totally recommend however there is a cheap alternative to use a water filter also from BRITA add use that for filling a kettle. As it doesn’t get to 100°, it doesn’t burn the tea but it does mean that if making coffee from instant grounds there is some residue..

Hello Angie,
The BRITA Cube Hot Water Dispenser does not dispense chilled or refrigerated cold water. Its lowest setting dispenses "ambient" water (filtered water at room temperature)
