This is really helpful with keeping me balanced and as someone with hypermobile joints that vary quite frequently on levels of pain and stability, this being ambidextrous is extremely helpful. It also allows me to get up and down with less dizziness and to prop myself up when standing so I don’t lock my knees or feel as much pain. It also is even more pretty in person, it looks black until the light catches the blue in a very beautiful way. Also, the fact it’s foldable is so helpful for if I’m sat down or doing something where it’s taking up a lot of space, and it means I have flexibility to have it in case I have a flare up on a day believed to be good.

Argos were a saviour
I bought this while on a few days break on Hayling Island. My leg was giving way under me and I urgently needed a walking stick. Thankfully there was a Sainsbury’s store near to where we staying and we were able to order a walking stick from Argos and it was delivered the same day to the Sainsbury’s store. It made so much difference to the rest of our stay.
