This is an adult watch so will depend on size of wrist. The strap can be reduced to approximately 147mm, on the last hole of the strap.

According to the description above "Water resistant to 30m." and unless you have a really deep sink this should be ok!

I personally would not as I'm not sure if it is waterproof. Plus, I imagine the stones are glued on and may loosen with warm water. But it is a lovely watch and definitely worth getting, in my opinion.
