It boasts solid oak legs, a reliable oak frame and a unique natural grain finish. Designed to fit up to 6 comfortably, the generous thick top offers the perfect spot to come together for cosy family meals and larger special occasions. The fuss-free butterfly extension is folded and stored discreetly under the centre of the table. Simply pull each end apart, then flip and unfold into place. Easy. Mexican or Chinese tonight?

Really impressed with this dining table.
Lovely dining table. I got this at a promotional price, excellent value and good quality. The extending leaf mechanism in the middle is eased to use. The table was delivered as advised and well packaged. It's really good that I managed to find a table that's compact, seating 4, and that extends just enough to seat an extra 2 people. To wood is beautiful with a lovely grain and warm colour.

Bought thus table about a month ago - really pleased with it. Superb quality. Looks great. So easy to assemble - just screw in the 4 legs and it's done! Looks great both smaller size and fully extended. Would recommend.

Stunning surprise!
I wasn't too sure what to expect when I ordered this table, given that it was such a reasonable price. I had looked at tables treble the price, so didn't expect the quality to be as good... However, it is a BEAUTIFUL table, every bit as good as anything else I had looked at, and the colour is a gorgeous natural oak, something else I was worried about as the photos online varied colour wise. I honestly couldn't have found a more beautiful table - please do not hesitate it is high quality, solid, heavy, classy, and all you need to do is screw the table top on to the legs. This table will last a lifetime, believe me, and looks very expensive. I can't comment on the matching chairs, as I ordered different chairs elsewhere, but as far as this table goes, you cannot go wrong with it. Just stunning!

Great Table- Great Value for Money!
I wasn’t sure whether to purchase this as I was going to buy a more expensive table but couldn’t justify the cost. I chose this and had my doubts as the price was so reasonable but I can’t fault it. The table is ok, but the legs are not at the corners making it very tight to sit 6 people comfortably.

The distance from the floor to the underside of the support rail of the table is is 647mm.

I can advise the following for the Home Ashwell Oak Veneer Extending 4 - 6 Seater Table:
This is laminated oak Veneer. Meaning that it does have laminated MDF pieces as well.

I have checked on the internet we do have the table with matching chairs as a package in sizes 4 or 6 i am not sure if you have checked those i just put in Ashwell furniture it is down to preference with the Banbury chairs but they will not be an exact match.
