My first impression was how small it is, It was very easy to fit in our kitchen and didnt take up too much space like others. Its compact but still does everything you need and want. It makes great coffee and is so easy to use with the settings you get great coffee all the time. My neighbours now pop round for their coffee fix as they enjoyed it so much.

Barista level coffee at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely one of the best additions to my morning coffee routine. I always used to go for a quick fix but it used to lack the depth and intensity of freshly grounded coffee and this coffee machine has been like a dream come true. I absolutely love using it , the grinder works amazing, and frothing milk was never in my coffee routine but this machine just makes it so simple that I can't drink coffee without froth milk. From a rookie to a barista level coffee maker l, this machine has just won my heart. Works smoothly, easy to understand instructions and literally fits in small spaces , perfect for a beautiful kitchen or a studio like mine. I have tried various beans , like Italian, Colombian and I can say every coffee has a kind of depth, something that I never felt while drinking instant coffee. Absolutely in love with this machine.

My dream Coffee Machine.

Cafe quality coffee but requires some practice and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took my time before writing this review because I wanted to properly learn how to use the Breville VCF187 Barista Sense Espresso Machine and test it in different ways. At first, I needed a bit of time to familiarise myself with all the buttons and settings but once I got used to it, making coffee became an enjoyable process. One of my favourite features is the ability to make two espressos at once, which is great when serving guests. While I’ve mostly been using pre-ground coffee, which is more affordable, the results have still been impressive. Every cup I’ve served to friends and family has received compliments, and it really does feel like coffee from a proper café. The milk frother has been especially useful for creating creamy lattes and cappuccinos, and I’ve even started making iced lattes. Cleaning does take a little time, and for that reason, I tend to use the machine more when I have company rather than just for myself. It’s almost fully automatic, capable and stylish espresso machine that produces excellent coffee and offers a professional feel at home. It does require some practice and a bit of extra cleaning time but for anyone who loves quality coffee, it’s a rewarding investment.

Great quality, great taste

This machine makes barista quality coffee and is quick and efficient to use. It is also easy to clean and also has an easy clean button which is a great addition. It make a variety of different coffees from expresso to americano and latte and they all taste top quality. I would highly recommend this machine which I now use on a daily basis rather than visiting main stream coffee houses. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing an espresso machine

Looks compact but packs a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am familiar with Breville / Sage appliances, and I have had such good experience with it that I now seek out the brand on purpose whenever I need something new for the kitchen. I even used to own another coffee machine from them, but this one feels like an upgrade. My first impression was how small it is! It was very easy to fit in our kitchen, but even in this small size it has a built-in grinder, the steam wand, and a larger size portafilter. It’s easy to fill up the water and to empty the tray, it tells you when it needs to be done. Quite pleased with it overall. It does the job! The coffee is well extracted and with a nice silky crema. It was easy enough to adjust the settings, although I would have preferred to be able to control the grind duration as well, I found myself having to start and quickly stop another grind whenever I felt I needed more coffee. But the main improvement for me is the sensory steam wand, where you can set the temperature based on what milk you’re using (we only use oat so that’s 55 degrees that we never change) and it creates a lovely texture and stops automatically, which definitely helps the part of the process I’ve been struggling with the most. I haven't had to clean it yet, but the one-button clean is also really straightforward and takes care of maintenance. There are just one or two things I wasn’t sure about initially, such as having to turn the grinder “head” itself whenever you need to change the grind. We have a coffee subscription which means that sometimes with a new bag it takes a few attempts to dial in; so rotating the grinder is not the most ergonomic way compared to just having a knob on the side. But I imagine most people who prefer the same brand of coffee will not find it a problem! I’m also used to having a screen to see what I’m doing, but actually it’s surprisingly easy to control the machine without one. And they say digital elements such as a screen will be the first to break, so I understand the commitment to having a sturdier and more reliable appliance. All the buttons and knob dials make sense and are clearly marked. I also loved the QR code sticker to access the manual; with my old machine, I had to hunt it around the house whenever I needed to address something. This is a lot more convenient. Overall pretty pleased with how much the machine packs in such a compact size, I’m hoping it will serve us for years to come.

Game changer

It has taken my morning coffee to the next level. It’s nearly all automatic, makes super fresh coffee and the milk frother gives my lattes that perfect creamy finish. Really easy to clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a bit of time to get my self used to all the buttons on the machine, there's a lot to learn, the best feature is its able to make two espressos at once which is a bonus, it's a bit time consuming to clean it all and the coffee ive used so far has been ground coffee which is less expensive. I would only use the machine if I had company as it seems a bit much to use it just for me, but friends and family have complimented every cup ive made so im happy with that.
