What I was looking for.
I wanted to be able to clean the stairs, leaving the vaccuum at the bottom. Needed an additional hose to the Vax one, but it works well. It did take me a while to work out how to fit all the bits together - the leaftet could have been clearer. The longer lead is useful, definitely reduces the amount of unplugging required. The cleaner is quieter and lighter than the machine it replaces, I'm please.

Great suction
I bought this a few weeks ago after my shark hoover packed in it was good first few weeks but them rubbish,,,, this vax hoover is amazing the suction is above and beyond, I can honestly say a very good hoover for the price, you won't go far wrong buying this

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
