Brilliant vaccum you won’t regret it!!
Bought just after Christmas as my shark wasn’t working as well. This vaccum is great, I’ve got 2 kids and a dog. It picks everything up! The handheld attachment for the stairs is brilliant the carpet looks new on stairs and landing. Very powerful suction and has 2 setting for long and short pile. Wouldn’t go back to using a shark now. It’s brilliant value for money.

No good if you have rugs
Great for suction but no good for rugs as it sucks them up and I like the brush to go around when I'm hoovering and it won't on rugs it just sucks that's it you can't change the head up or down witch I should of looked for so will have to buy another hoover but a Dyson as I had that before it's easy to put together init stiff but I left it all connected it works well on normal carpets just not rugs

SUCK IT AND SEE
I thought my cylinder type cleaner had been vacuuming my carpets but then I got this. The visible difference is astounding. And it is such easy emptying with none of the usual spillage outside my kitchen bin. I hated “hoovering” with a vengeance but have now changed my mind. This is highly recommended. The instructions are written in pale grey print on white paper and strain the eyesight a bit but the parts map is helpful. The cleaner is meant to carry the three in one tool that attaches to the hose. Not clear instructions for placing it in the holder so it fell off and I had to go online to discover it turns sideways. Hit and miss with the position of the slider for flooring type at first so it was hard to move the cleaner until sufficient pressure was released. I had it fully left for a pile carpet and almost all the way right for carpet tiles and hard floors. I do have to keep a foot on the doormats to prevent movement.

I was hoping this vacuum would be ideal for what I wanted but im not finding it so. It doesn't pick up very well even though I clean the filters often. Quite disappointed

Does the job as well as the old one,
Previous ten year old one broke on new years eve. Bought this on as a replacement, which was a different make and mode, but also from Argos, New one is double the price and does the job just as well. I will be happy if new one lasts as long as old one. Would like to be able to fit all accessories on new one, instead of having to find a storage area in a small house to put it.

I brought this hoover nearly a month ago now and I must say I am overly impressed with the suction power! The easy to empty cylinder is amazing also and a long enough cord to do the whole of one floor at a time. It comes with three fancy little parts which are amazing at removing hair from carpet and hard floors. So far I love it!

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
