The Silentnight Travis Double Ortho Divan Bed gives you a complete sleep setup with supportive structure for everyday comfort. It includes a fabric base, fabric headboard, and the Travis mattress with zoned Miracoil springs that prevent roll together, so you and your partner won't disturb each other during the night. The hand-tufted sleep surface provides firm support, ideal if you sleep on your front or back. EcoComfort Fibre layers keep the mattress breathable and fresh. The hypoallergenic damask cover suits anyone who wants a smooth, durable sleep surface.
The mattress has 782 zoned springs that provide support where you need it most. It's a no-turn design, just rotate it head to toe regularly to keep it in good shape. The charcoal fabric base comes in two pieces for easier setup and sits on plastic castors. A matching fabric headboard attaches securely with the fixings included. Purchased this last month, was easy enough to put together. Comfy mattress, overall look is fab. Happy with my purchase.

Lovely bed
Wanted smaller bed with storage. Came with very firm mattress. Bed needs 2 people to assemble it, but fairly straightforward...only real problem was the headboard. The circular pieces of paper to show you where to insert the screws are not in exactly the right places, so had to feel round for them. However, it's a nice bed, drawers open/close very smoothly and have plenty of space...was able to get rid of a chest of drawers!

Silentnight Travis Single Ortho 2 Drawer Divan Bed- Charcoal790/8325 This bed does have a solid base to an extent. It does not have any slats. Due to the drawers being underneath the base it does mean there is space under it for the drawers.
