Customers Say
Compact, multifunctional fan praised for effective cooling via fan, mist, and cold plate. Noise at high speeds and price are common concerns. Well-designed but bulky; great for personal use in heatwaves.

Small and Effective.
Small but very effective fan. Handy for fast cooling.

Good fan but a little heavy and noisy
I think it's effective as a fan and the fact that it goes up to 10 is good (although, I don't think I've used much over 6 to be honest. The stand is helpful and the Mist and Instachill systems are good add-ons too. However, I would say the downsides though are the noise of it, anything over 3 is incredibly noisy; and the bulk and weight of it. It's not that portable for a small handbag.

Really is a fantastic all round product. The most head is amazing when the humidity is high

Overrated vanity product
There are much cheaper, simpler fans on the market that will give you a bigger, more powerful airflow radius. There is no angle adjustment for table-top positiioning and can be damaged easily unless you pay extra for the case which should really be included for the price you pay with accessories. This is purely a vanity product that's been shifting due to social media influencers.

Not worth the price tag & to noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good fan but don't believe it’s worth the price tag. Head is not big enough so the air doesn’t cover your whole face, had to keep moving it around. It’s so noisy, on my recent holiday didn’t want to use it around people because of this. I have an old fan which was a third of the price of this one, which I found myself using instead of my Chill Pill, as it covers my whole face & it’s not as loud, it also has a mist spray. Unfortunately can’t return the Chill pill so will have to try and sell privately. Would not recommend to buy there are much better ones out there for a third of the price. Don’t get heavily influenced like I did.

A wedding day lifesaver in the heat!
I bought the Chill Pill fan for the heatwave and my brother’s wedding, and it couldn’t have arrived at a better time as it fell on one of the hottest days of the year. It was an absolute lifesaver while we were getting ready and throughout the day. Being able to switch between the fan modes and the cooling cold plate made such a difference and kept me feeling comfortable even in the heat. It’s compact, easy to carry around, and I’d definitely recommend it for weddings, holidays, festivals, or any hot summer day. It’s not a statement must have in my bag!

Perfect portable fan
Amazing little fan; this now stays in my handbag ready for the heat. The cold pressure pad is my fave as it really does work on the body’s own thermostat

Loud
A great little multifunctional fan, however it’s very very noisy which is a big shame.
