Extending pole saw
Impressed with the balance and working weight. Because of its compact size . . requires a good strong grip to avoid any bounce.

Utterly amazing
I have half a dozen Vonhaus tools. This one passed all my expectations. Will be using in the winter to pollard my trees while standing on the ground. Now aged 70, my days of scrambling up a ladder are over. This tool is perfect for my needs. Thank you Vonhaus.

Very good but maybe need to master the technique of using it properly
I have only used it 4-5 times but I had expected the cutting action to be cleaner i. e. not shred the stems. But maybe it requires a technique that I haven't mastered yet. Otherwise extremely useful as a tool.

Impressed up to now
Prompt delivery of the cordless pole saw. The product appears robust and it feels well balanced especially when using the harness. Currently it has only been used once up to now but it made short work of branches much too thick for a hedgecutter and several 6" wide branches aswell, all without any noticable drop off in charge. Pleasantly supprised.

Polesaw
I’m extremely happy with the purchase of my Pole saw. Working as a professional gardener the tools I use have to be strong and reliable. The Vonhaus range certainly meet with my expectation and more.

Would definitely recommend this product.
Easy to use and effective with good power. It’s easy to charge and the charge lasts an hour or so. Seems excellent quality and hard wearing.

Cordless Pole Chainsaw
Delighted with the pole saw. It has coped with everything so far with ease, probably not over about 2” diameter so far but I feel confident it could do more. The battery has held up well. I’d be very surprised if you could do better at the price.

Hello Evelyn,
The supplier has advised the following for the VonHaus 20cm Cordless Pole Chainsaw - 40V.
I can confirm that the VonHaus 40V Cordless Pole Chainsaw (SKU 3500230.1) does require bar and chain oil. The oil is not supplied with the product.
Before each use, the chain oil level should be checked and topped up as needed. We recommend using a high-quality bar and chain oil that is suitable for chainsaws.
Please note that operating the chainsaw with insufficient oil can cause excessive wear and overheating of the guide bar and chain.
Thanks for using Q&A
