About this product

You're working on your kick technique at the pool. This kickboard isolates your lower body for focused leg training. Buoyancy increases to free up your upper body completely. Your legs power every movement during each session. The board supports swimmers who want to improve their form.

Grip holes provide a secure hold in the water. The contoured shape adds comfort as you train. You'll concentrate purely on your kicking motion throughout. It keeps you stable as you practise proper technique.
