Disappointing experience
First one turned up and after all the unpacking and getting it upstairs one of the draws was found to be broken. Arranged a replacement for following week but were told all had to be returned. After dissembling all of the bed and getting it downstairs were told by delivery team we could have just brought the half of divan down that needed replacing. So brand new bed to unpack and get upstairs to only find a sheared of screw head floating around that turned out to fix a draw rail in place and was unusable with out it. Luckily mu husband was able to locate a spare screw (unlikely most people would have one) and fix the rail. All had been reported to Argos but a lot of issues with using a call centre based abroad were the staff reliant on a script and anything that diverts from it causes big issues.

Great bed
i bought this bed about 6 weeks ago - it was really easy to assemble and the mattress is very comfortable. I think it is exceptional value for money.

Basic Bed with Quality Issues
The bed looks good once assembled, but unfortunately one of the metal leg sockets arrived misshaped, so the leg couldn’t be fitted properly. This made the bed unstable and we had to improvise just to use it. Very disappointing for a brand‑new item. The mattress and headboard are fine, but the bed frame itself is very basic and the quality is poor. There is no padding on the frame at all — just a thin cloth stretched over the wood — so even a small knock is painful, and it feels like a hole would easily form in the material. After contacting customer service, we were offered a small amount of compensation, which we accepted because packing and sending the whole bed back would have been far too much hassle. We eventually managed to find a replacement metal socket online and, with some effort, replaced it ourselves. The bed is usable now, but the initial defect, the poor frame quality, and the extra work involved were frustrating. Quality control definitely needs improvement.

Great purchase and quality double silent night bed
Really happy with my choice of bed after looking at a lot online. This double bed did not disappoint and the mattress is very comfortable. I found the assembly easy and managed single handedly. I was worried about putting the bed together but I needn’t have !
