Mattress
I bought bed mattress and headboard together . Well I tried to sleep on the new bed\mattress. The mattresse is so hard cannot get to sleep up until today so far x i had to buy a topper but it's no better . You can actually feels springs on both sides of mattress . What can I do I can't afford to get another mattress. Can someone help with this matter can it be changed. I'm having to sleep now on recliner chair x. So unhappy and disappointed .

At the time of writing, the Silentnight Middleton 800 PKT Comfort 2DRW Grey Small DBL comes with the Silentnight Middleton 800 Pocket Comfort Small DBL Mattress (7308035).
It may be possible to exchange the mattress but this may only be done after the order has taken place or even delivered. Thanks for your query about the Silentnight Middleton 800 PKT Comfort 2DRW Grey Small DBL.
Our supplier has confirmed that the headboard is covered in a different fabric at the back to that which is used on its front. Depending on how you place the bed, there is the possibility that it could be visible.
