I used it the day I purchased and feeding only 3 sheets a at a time even though it states on box 5 sheets. Within 10 minutes it jammed and stopped working, i managed to eventually remove the jammed paper and then went to start again but will only work in reverse mode which stays on constant but the motor should only run when paper is fed into it. I will be returning for a full refund. I would advise not to purchase unless you’re happy knowing you will have to return to store for a refund. I wouldn’t even give it a star rating but I didn’t have an option to leave zero star rating. You have been warned.

Not fit for purpose
Done not shred.Can still see important details.Jamming all the time.Done not shred credit cards.Gets very hot after 2 mins.and cuts out.Really disappointed.Rubbish would give zero stars if I could.Took it back to Argos after a few days but man said it was fine .Now going in the bin..
