I bought this as a gift for my boss. Had to open the box to check the item. I doubt the newness of the watch as the tag was broken and not attached to the watch. The price was on the higher side as the same item is available on other platforms for a cheaper price.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised Armani Exchange Ladies AX4331 Chronograph Bracelet Watch:
The battery should last at least 12 months.
New watches are sold with the crown open, so that there is no movement and therefore less drain on the battery. If, however, the customer needs to replace the battery before the first 12 months since purchase they can return it directly to us with proof of purchase and the battery is usually replaced free of charge. Armani Exchange Ladies AX4331 Chronograph Bracelet Watch:
The watch bracelet is open and closed on a simple clasp. The safety clasp will lift up and away from the other half of the clasp, allowing the watch to slip off the wrist.

After checking this with our supplier, the right subdial is the 24 hour clock, the middle and left are stopwatch counters, middle counts the Seconds and left counts the Minutes. Sadly there is no World Clock on this Model.
