About this product
The Argos Home Islington Sideboard keeps your living or dining room organised while adding warm natural oak character. This compact two-door unit fits neatly against walls or into alcoves, giving you hidden storage without taking over space. The oak veneer finish shows natural grain patterns, with solid materials that stand up to daily use. Two drawers with smooth wooden runners tuck away smaller items like remotes, coasters or table linens. Behind the doors, an adjustable shelf moves to fit taller bottles or shorter stacks of plates.
The polished chrome handles feel comfortable to grip and open smoothly. It arrives fully assembled, so you can unpack it and start using it straight away without wrestling with instructions. The smooth top surface gives you space for family photos, lamps or serving dishes when you're entertaining. Wall-mounting brackets must be used to prevent overturning, keeping things safe in homes with children. Holds up to 30kg across the top and shelves. Bought this unpacked added handles, dead happy with myself, positioned it noticed doors not level then caught each other on opening, drawer handles were also totally different one shiny, one matt. Returned as not worth the money.
