Slightly larger than average plate making the display easier to read. At first sight the buttons appear awkward to access but they are in fact touch sensitive so no need to press button just lightly touch / tap.

However, it does have a tare function, which allows you to subtract the weight of a container or bowl from the total weight, ensuring accurate measurements for individual ingredients. This means you can weigh the total weight of the ingredient, subtract the weight of the container, and see the weight of the ingredient alone.
